What is nattokinase?
Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted from natto, a Japanese fermented-soy preparation eaten for centuries. GINKI uses 98% purified nattokinase, dosed at 200 mg per 2 capsules.
Does GINKI contain melatonin?
No. Unlike BVINKO and CKOLIN, GINKI contains no melatonin and can therefore be taken in the morning as well as in the evening.
