What is citicoline?
Citicoline (CDP-choline) is a compound naturally present in the body, a precursor of phosphatidylcholine, a constituent of cell membranes. CKOLIN provides 10 mg per capsule.
Why does CKOLIN contain melatonin?
Melatonin (1.8 mg per capsule) contributes to reducing the time taken to fall asleep when taken before bedtime — hence the recommended evening intake.
