Data collected and purpose
Only the contact form collects data: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message. This information is used exclusively to process and answer your enquiry, on the basis of legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures (Article 6 GDPR). It is neither shared, sold, nor used for marketing purposes.
Messages are sent by email to contact@phytextra.fr and kept for the time needed to process the enquiry, then for a maximum of twelve months before deletion.
No cookies, no trackers
This site sets no cookies and uses no audience-measurement tools or third-party trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: no request is sent to third-party services while you browse.
Where data is hosted
The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd on servers located in the European Union.
Access, rectification, erasure
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@phytextra.fr — we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
