What is the difference between ANMAX and ANICA?
Both formulas are based on Lithothamnion marine calcium with vitamins D3 and K2. ANMAX additionally provides lysine with a vitamin D3 dosage suited to family use; ANICA is more highly dosed in vitamin D3.
Why lysine in a bone formula?
Lysine is an essential amino acid that the body cannot synthesise: it must come from the diet. It completes the formula's calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 intake.
